Utility Billing

New Residents

To establish services with the City of Center Point, you will need to submit a completed Utility Application to the City. This form is available below or a paper copy can be given at City Hall.

A $100 deposit is necessary for all NEW accounts. This is applied to your account after 2 years, or applied to your final bill as long as your account is in good standing.

FYIs

If your bill is due in January, you are paying for the usage from 11/20 - 12/20.
Water Meters are read on the 20th of each month.
Water bills are issued by the 1st of each month.
Water bills are due by the 15th of each month.
Late Fees are ran the 16th of each month. (10% fee)
Door Postings are ran on the 23rd of each month. ($25 fee)
Shut-Offs are ran the 27th of each month.
In the event your water is shut off, a $50 fee will be assessed. A $100 fee will be assessed if water needs turned on AFTER office hours.

Dates may differ if it lands on a weekend.
