Zoning permits are needed for any building under 150 sq ft that does not go thru the County, and any concrete slab that is poured on your property.

Driveway, Sidewalk, Excavation, Zoning and Fence Permits are still obtained thru the City of Center Point. For Questions regarding these permits please contact City Hall at 319-849-1508.
