Utility Billing
FYIs
- If your bill is due in January, you are paying for the usage from 11/20 - 12/20.
- Water Meters are read on the 20th of each month.
- Water bills are issued by the 1st of each month.
- Water bills are due by the 15th of each month.
- Late Fees are ran the 16th of each month. (10% fee)
- Door Postings are ran on the 23rd of each month. ($25 fee)
- Shut-Offs are ran the 27th of each month.
- In the event your water is shut off, a $50 fee will be assessed. A $100 fee will be assessed if water needs turned on AFTER office hours.
Dates may differ if it lands on a weekend.

After Office Hours

Auto-Pay
- Deducted from your payment preference on the 10th of every month
- A processing fee will be charged if auto-pay is set up with a credit/debit card

The City of Center Point's water hardness is 17 grains.
Irrigation Meters
- The cost of an irrigation meter is $341.00
- Water is only charged for irrigation meters
