NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF CENTER POINT CODE OF ORDINANCES 2024

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held for the above adoption of the City of Center 2024 Code of Ordinances on the 10^th day of September, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the City Hall Council Chambers, 200 Franklin Street, Center Point, IA .

The purpose of the public hearing is to inform the public of the ordinance’s changes.  Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings and to offer comments.  Written comments must be received by the City Clerk, PO Box 299, Center Point, IA 52213 no later than noon on Friday, September 6^th, 2024 or delivered or presented before the hearing is closed.

This notice is being published at the discretion of the Center Point City Council.
